Are there any additional fees/costs?

If you would like to purchase any of our salads, they are an additional cost per salad. Depending on your location, there may be travel surcharges applied. There may also be set-up fees applied if the access is deemed to be difficult and time consuming (these usually consists obstacles(i.e. stairs, pebbles, etc.) in the way or limited access to the set-up area. To get a better idea of the costs, feel free to call our friendly staff.

What do you provide, and what do we need to provide?

For every event, we bring a 6x3m marquee, ovens, serving tables with cloths, lights, and pizza utensils. Our clients will need to provide:

  • Space of 6x3m for our setup and equipment. We are able to make our set up smaller and accommodate to the area that you have; however, you will need to provide us with the appropriate cover as we won’t be able open our marquee.
  • Electrical PowerPoint access (Only for evening events to operate our lights).
  • Plates, Serviettes & Cutlery.
  • Parking for our vehicle and trailer.
  • A clear access route to the setup area without any stairs, obstacles or pebbles with 70cm width clearance for our equipment.

Can we taste your pizzas beforehand?

Unfortunately, you are unable to taste our pizza before your event for a taste test. Nevertheless, another way that you are able to get an insight into how our pizzas taste is through our amazing reviews on Facebook and Google.

When do i need to confirm details by?

You will need to provide all event details 10 days prior to your event date. The great thing about this is that you can lock in a date you’re interested in and worry about the rest later. We allow you with as much time as possible to finalise your information.

How do you charge children?

Children under the age of 5 eat for free (capped at 20) and children between the ages of 5 and 12 are half price. Normal package prices start from 13 years of age and onwards.

How long do you cook for?

Our pizzas are served as an unlimited buffet which means we don’t stay for a set timeframe. Instead, we match the flow of pizzas with the flow of the event and stay till your guests are full and satisfied. We can cook up to 12 pizzas every 10 minutes with our standard set up but if needed, we can add more ovens and staff for larger events. This allows us to keep up with the added demand.

Can you set up indoors?

Due to safety regulations, we are unable to set up indoors. However, an alternative could be to have us set up outside and have our serving tables inside.

Do you have gluten free bases?

We do provide gluten free bases, however this must be requested in the booking confirmation 10 days prior to the event. We can cater for all dietary requirements if requested.

How much space do you need for your setup?

Our set up is 6x3m and we bring our own marquee, ovens, tables and pizza utensils. If you are not able to provide us with a 6x3m area, we are able to make our set up smaller and accommodate to the area that you have, however you will need to provide us with the appropriate cover as we won’t be able open our marquee.

How do the pizzas get served?

We serve our pizzas as a buffet style. We provide the serving tables with table cloths as you can see from our photos. Our service is an all you can eat’, so we keep replenishing the pizzas until all your guests are full.

How many pizzas do you cook?

We serve unlimited pizzas for the number of people you’re catering for. In the Gourmet and Deluxe Package, you will also receive garlic bread served on the side. We cook enough for your guests to feel satisfied and full. We cook 12 pizzas every 10 minutes, so your guests won’t have to wait. For larger events, we provide more ovens so that we are able to cook between 18 – 50 pizzas every 10 minutes, depending on the size of the event. Any leftover pizzas will be boxed up for you.

Are your ovens wood fire?

The ovens we use are not wood fire, they are gas ovens. The great thing about this is the fact that our equipment is portable, as we are not fixated on a trailer. This allows us to set up in any space that you would like without having to worry if we will fit.I.e. backyards

Another important aspect is that gas ovens are not subject to fire bans in Australia. As gas ovens are a controlled flame, they are still able to be used, whereas woodfire ovens are banned.

This means no cancellations or setbacks to your event!
